Brandywine dates back to 1885 and is known world-wide as one of the tastiest tomato. Gives about 300-400 gram large beefsteak tomatoes with a distinct flesh-tinted colour. Harvest when the tomatoes are orange-green in colour and then let them ripen. Delicious! Cultivation outside is possible if in a sunny, sheltered spot. Pick the leaves and remove side shoots in time to prevent disease.
