Organically grown seeds. Grazer Krauthäuptel 2 comes from the region around the city of Graz (Austria). This dependable variety has slightly serrated leaf edges with a thin red border. It tastes delicious, is nice and crispy, and very resistant to bolting. The heads keep for a long time when cooled. Sow as of March in a greenhouse and as of late March can be sown directly in the garden. Lettuce can be sown in very cold weather (> 10°C).
