Delightful fragrance! A mix of old-fashioned types, which despite the name grandiflorus (large-flowered) produces somewhat smaller flowers. Various varieties arose in the period 1700-1900. The most striking colours and strongest fragrances were chosen. Requires well-tilled and fertilized soil. Soak seeds for 6 hours before sowing.
