Asian Musterd Giant Red
Organically grown seeds. Can be eaten raw in salads, cooked as spinach and as a stir-fry vegetable. Sow in a greenhouse or in the garden. Can withstand some cold. After emergence thin out at the distances indicated. Ensure for autumn fertilizer application and water regularly. Suitable for all types of soil. Harvest once the plants are 15 to 25 cm tall. The larger the plant, the stronger the taste. Giant Red also looks quite nice in an ornamental garden.
