Squash Patisson - Colour mix
Sow from mid spring until early summer in open ground in a seedbed. Plant
out in well manured soil. A mixture of yellow, orange, green and white
Scaloppini squashes. The flesh is similar to a zucchini. Reap early for a
perfect flavour and harvest. Good stuffing variety and decoration squash, when harvested later.
