Horned Melon
The kiwano has the fresh, sweet taste of lemon and banana. It is used in fruit salads and deserts.
Sow indoors in pots from April-June at 22-25º C. After approximately four weeks plant out in a hobby greenhouse. Plants will need stringing. It is preferable to pollinate the female flowers by hand.
