Swiss Chard - Rhubarb Chard, red
Can be sowed regularly in open ground from mid-March to late August for multiple harvests. The green, red-veined leaves can be eaten as spinach or -when very young- in a baby-leaf mix with lettuce and arugula. Let the plants grow on to harvest the red stems or stalks later.
