Mustard sprouts
Sprouting seeds can be easily grown with water. The sprouts taste of mustard and are very spicy. Delicious on toast with ham, cheese or pate. Also use for seasoning mashed potatoes, mustard soup and in mayonnaise accompanying mussels or cold chicken. They are rich in calcium, iron and contain vitamins A, B1, B2 C.
