The quicker you harvest the central cauliflower rosette, the quicker you can harvest from the side-shoots. A fine taste and easy to harvest for smaller dishes. Simply a unique product! Grow each year in a different place and protect the plant with insect netting. Total harvest of approx. 2.5 kg.
