Sage, Garden Sage
Organically grown seeds. The herb Sage is popular with bees. The leaves used to be cooked in milk. This sage milk was considered to be medicinal and have sedative properties. Use sage sparingly, as its flavour is rather strong. Used fresh and dried in sauces as well as in meat dishes. Sow in a greenhouse or in the garden in seedbeds. Once sufficiently large transplant to a moderately sunny spot in soil that is not too wet.
