Organically grown seeds. A deliciously tender cabbage, with a mild taste. Golden-yellow in colour, lightly scalloped and pointed in shape. A delicacy, but do not cook them too long (as was traditionally done): it would be a pity to cook away the taste. Sow in a greenhouse or in the garden in seedbeds, then transplant later. Keep soil moist. Transplant to well-worked and fertilized soil. Protect the young plants against cabbage root fly using anti-insect nets.
