An open cabbage with bare, white flower stalks, white leaf veins and dark green top leaves. Pak choy is sensitive for different weather-condition, does bolt then quicker. When sowing under glass, transplant not sooner than June. Can be harvested already 30 days after sowing in the same way as a leaf vegetable (but then do not thin out) and after approx. 65 days as fully-grown pak choi. Ensure for autumn fertilizer application and water regularly.
