Pepper – Carolina Reaper
Pre-sow in a seed tray from February at a minimum of 20°C. After pricking out, plant in pots, in a greenhouse or directly in the ground and place the plant
in full sun. The Carolina Reaper is the hottest pepper in the world at up to 2.2 million on the Scoville scale and adds an intensely hot and fruity flavour. To spice up dishes, use the peppers in hot sauces and chilli oil or process them into powder or flakes.
