Okra - Clemson Spineless
Sow indoors from mid March at 21-23ºC. Transplant to the greenhouse at the end of May with spacing of 40x50cm. The plant can grow to a height of 2 meters so it will need support. Harvest the fruits when young as they can become very tough. The fruits can be used for sauces and soups and as a flavour for Mediterranean and Far Eastern stew dishes.
