Salad mix
Sprouting seeds can be easily grown with water. Salad mix is a mixture of Mung Beans, Alfalfa, Lentils, Fenugreek and yellow Mustard. The sprouts have a fresh and spicy flavour. They are high in vitamins and minerals. A healthy and delicious addition to many dishes and ideal for finishing a perfectly made green salad.
