Love-in-a-puff
Sow in a greenhouse from February to March; soak seeds in lukewarm water for 24 hours before planting. Transplant in May. A fast climber which can grow
up to 3 metres tall, perfect for covering a bare wall or fence. Produces extraordinary fruits with dark brown seeds and a white centre. The extracts of the plant have anti-inflammatory, pain relieving and itch relieving effects.
