This attractive Amaranth has very pretty, cream-green cascading flowering tassels. It is popular with flower arrangements, although in the garden such a difference in colour looks very good as well. For the rest, the same as the red variety. Sow directly in the garden in a seedbed, thin out, then later transplant.
