Lemon Basil Basil can be sown indoors all year round. For outdoor cultivation, sow indoors from March to July and move outdoors as soon as temperatures exceed 20°C. Lemon basil has a strong lemon aroma which works well in sauces and with fish or chicken. It can also be used to make a delicious tea with a calming and antispasmodic effect.
